Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location in India.
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is completely FREE on all orders, 20 /-Cash on Delivery (COD).
- No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
4. Delivery Delays
- We partner with trusted courier services, but delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or logistics issues may occasionally occur.
- Pine Forest Essentials is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we’ll support you in tracking and resolving issues if needed.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
1. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

2. Replacement or Refund
- If the issue qualifies, we’ll ship a free replacement.
3. Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

- You changed your mind after receiving the product
- You experienced a skin reaction (please do a patch test before full use)
4. Shipping Charges
- 20/- on COD and free on prepaid orders
